Present: Benny Scott, Vicky Oddino, John Cantley, Maury Pearl, Roman Juarez

John presented a refined draft of standard four and discussed how the description was advance but the evaluation was not written.

The committee reviewed section A.1

Responsible	Assignment
Benny will	provide information about Task Force write a description about the Tri-Valley alliance and will provide any available minutes provide minutes on any community forums

New academic programs: Health Sciences, Chicano Studies, Political Science, and Sociology.

The committee will	describe the student success and the E65 provide evidence of the 2+2+2 programs

Roman will	look for Voc. Ed. advisory minutes

John will	ask Gayle to clarify the services the one-stop provides ask Rick Scuderi for student satisfaction reports ask Rosemary or Daniel about the responses of the equipment money request

Discussion: The committee agreed that at one point they would stop writing about new topics.

The committee discussed the need to develop a process to review the standard systematically in the next meets. The committee also agreed that it is necessary to have longer meetings.
