PRESENT: Benny Scott, Angela Echeverri, Rosalinda Gonzales, John Cantley, Roman Juarez

The committee agreed to write section A after they receive the information from the district.

The committee reviewed the work submitted by committee members.

B.1 Approved with some modifications. The committee asked that this section be expanded in the areas of technology increase and the effort in community relations. John agreed to turn this into a descriptive summary.

The committee wanted a list of the bargaining units at the college.

B.3 Approved. The committee asked for the current governance flow chart

B.5 Approved. Roman will scan several job announcements and post as evidence on the web site.

The committee agreed to write section C after they receive the information from the district.

 Angela agreed to start the evaluation for curriculum of section B.6. She will also review the mid term report.

The committee did not agree on the next meeting date.
