Present: Jan Silver, John Cantley, Roman Juarez, Louise Barbato, Bill Ruiz, Ed Zayas, Maury Pearl

The committee reviewed the Accreditation web site with regard to the progress chart. The steps in conducting the self-evaluation were reviewed.

The committee reviewed the survey questions submitted by Maury. Questions 1 and 2 were approved. 3 was rejected. Two other questions were submitted and approved by the committee itself.

The committee reviewed the narrative summaries not yet approved.
