John Orozco asked about the possibility of referring to answers by other members in order not to duplicate efforts.

Reynolds advised members that when investigating for the descriptive narrative, look for things that have happened up to now and not for future plans. Planning is a separate part. Members were encouraged to gather as much documentation as possible for everything written in the description.

Investigate and document as much as possible until February 21.

Reynolds made the following assignments:

Each group will come up with a set of up to sixquestions for all possible resource people. These questions will be given to the administrators in advance to let them respond in writing as much as possible before meeting in person. Administrators will be asked to be prepared with answers and documentation the day of the interview

The leaders of each group agreed to meet Tuesday February 1 to discuss these questions.
