Present: Mike Reynolds, David Jordan, Mark Pracher, Roman Juarez, John Cantley, John Orosco, Roman Juarez

The committee continued the review of the language submitted by the committee members as edited by Cantley and made corrections and modifications through subsection C. Much of the language was approved as submitted but, as on March 7, changes included efforts at clarity and the avoidance of evaluation.
