The committee reviewed all of the language submitted by the committee members as edited by Cantley and made corrections and modifications through subsection B. Comments centered on the need to fairly represent the college's planning and research efforts while delineating the need for more efforts. Much of the language was approved as submitted but changes included efforts at clarity and the avoidance of evaluation. The committee focused on writng a descriptive summary.

The committee wants the correct title for the MPCC and to know if there is an RP committee.

The committee agreed to meet again on March 14 at 1:30 in CMPC 4 to consider subsection C.
