Present: Mike Reynolds, David Jordan, Mark Pracher, Roman Juarez, John Cantley, John Orosco, Maury Pearl, Pardess,

The committee read and discussed sections A and B of the self-evaluation. The full committee approved the submitted language.

The committee discussed the current concern with institutional outcomes and the need for them to be measurable.

A -assigned to Jordan, Morales, and Orozco

Discussion: compare the old program review and the new program review. The committee agreed to move one of Pearl’s paragraphs into the descriptive summary.

B -assigned to Reynolds and Pardess

Discussion: how will the college solve the public disclosure in the future? Governance and planning are not clearly understood. Need student representation of staff development. Look at charter.

John will ask about classified committee (coalition).

The committee agreed to meet again on May 11 in room 4.
