Minutes

Present: Benny Scott, Sonia Soto-Bair, John Cantley, Roman Juarez, Manny Cosentino, Vicky Oddino, Zoila Rodriguez

The committee reviewed and approved work done by subcommittees. A.1, A.3, A.5, KB.1, and B.3 were approved with some modifications to the language. The committee suggested that the descriptions should be put in more narrative form.

There was further discussion about the need to evaluate potential questions for the survey. Team members were asked to read the sample survey questions carefully and be ready with suggestions at the next meeting. Also it was requested that all narratives be submitted for approval by the end of February.

The committee agreed to meet on 2-23-00 at 3:00 in the Aca. Aff. Conference room to select the survey questions.
