Minutes

Present: Fern Reisner, Gwen Walker, Eloise Cantrell, John Klitsner, John Cantley, Maury Pearl, Roman Juarez

The committee discussed that positive job feedback be instituted on an informal basis in addition the yearly formal evaluation.

The following standard sections were reviewed and approved.

A.1, A.2, B.1, B.2, C.1, C.2, D.1, D.2, D.3, D.4

The committee suggested adding more on staff procedures on section D.3

The committee suggested to have an interview with Eva Berand to clarify questions in sections :

The committee did not approve the standard sections on faculty.

The committee commented on the new district evaluation unit run by Pat Daniel

Maury explained the process of surveying.

Check on D.1 Internet address

Check on security clearance procedures for personnel records.

The committee will meet again on March 13 at 3:00 in the Aca. Aff. Conf. Room.
