Gwen presented her results on the interview with Pearl about staff. a.1 Gwen prepared-Pearl interview. Process? APPROVEDc.1 Staff development uses the conference request form -how does staff development committee work--what is the process when the committee approves or disapproves submitted requests? Committee discussed the need to augment tuition reimbursement.c.2 Not submitted. (Paul Kukicki will question Mari Rettke as resource) Need policy on staff development-State regulations.d.4 take out Andres Guerrero's name b.3 John Klitsner will look at contract The committee agreed to start evaluation after district answers the pilot questions. The committee will meet again on April 10 at 3:00 in the AACR. |
