Discussion: possible suggestion that faculty evaluation form need criteria to evaluate instructors--form is vague.
For evaluation discuss if the process assesses effectiveness. Cite contract language. What standards or goals are used for measurement? Evaluate the whole process mentioning the fact that because of staff shortage, people are evaluating the wrong subject, with no clear understanding of evaluation. Also include how the grievance procedures influence the evaluation. Need evidence.
