The committee reviewed the progress chart.

The committee reviewed and approved the following questions on the survey:

1-7 yes-grouped (there was discussion that too many details would discourage student participation)

8-11 yes

12& 14 yes-combine to mention privacy

15 no

16 no

17-20 yes

21-22 no

23 yes

24 yes ask both staff and students

25-26 yes-together

27-31 yes

32 yes-ask both staff and students

33-37 yes

The committee considered submitted language for the descriptive summary for approval:

Sec. 8.3: Approved with modifications.  Committee advised to include safety procedures.
