Present: Shari Borchetta, Phoebe Rivera, Andres Guerrero, Paula Riggs, Maury Pearl, Gerald Scheib, Yolanda Ramil, Roman Juarez, John Cantley, Julie Ruelas

The committee reviewed the survey questions and approved all of them.

A. Financial Planning

a.1 Not approved. Schieb is interviewing more people and will submit language next meeting.

a.2 Not submitted

a.3 Submitted. Shari will edit paragraphs 3, 5.  The evaluation sentences will be held for the section on self evaluation. Shari will meet with Maria Fenyes to discuss this section.

B. Financial Management

b.1 Approved and will be posted

b.2 Approved

b.3 Approved with some modification. The committee advised the wrier to talk to Eloise and EOPS to determine their oversight procedures.

b.4 Submitted. The committee recommended that the writer include the 6/30 audit which is now complete. Also needs to be in a narrative form. Need list of SFP's. Ask Mark Pracher what is the oversight of Title 5, ask Diane Astadurian and Sheri Borchetta what is the financial oversight for community extension and if it is self supported.

b.5 not submitted. Awaiting for district's answers.

C. Financial Stability

c.1-c.4 not submitted. This will be provided by the District.

The committee didn't agreed on the next meeting date.
