PRESENT: Shari Borchetta, Gerald Sheib, Roman Juarez, John Cantley, Phoebe Rivera, Andres Guerrero, Paula Riggs, Connie Reyes

The committee agreed to meet during the summer to complete writing. Most of the committee members will be in the college during the summer.

John Announced that district answers are still not available but there have been indications they are working on them.

Plan 1- Academic Affairs will respond to old plans. Talk to Tom and Eloise about software sargon.

These plans were when we were in debt so some items will no longer apply.

• Two things have happened ever since the last accreditation:
• 1997 district has changed allocation (look at allocation model) enrollment management

Plan 2- Not done When someone is injured procedures are being developed to pay workers come.

Plan 3- Were relevant in 1995. The deficit took care of it.

Plan 4-Has been slow because of master plan. Shari’s office started assessment/planning for her office. Connie/Andres will present planning document.

Plan about projections (statistics)- Not done

Plan about procedures- Being done

Plan about FOCUS- College is using projection software instead.

Plan to follow GAPP-Recently passed all audits

Plan about Foundation-Talk to Tom or Nava

Maury Pearl presented the survey results

People don’t know about the budget process. There is a plan for workshops. Some have taken place already.
