Minutes

Present: Gerald Scheib, Yolanda Ramil, Joanne Kalter-Flink, Eloise Cantrell, Dale Newman, John Cantley, Dr. Daniel Castro, Leslie Milke, Maury Pearl, Roman Juarez, Susan Thomsen, Mick Reynolds, Zoila Rodriguez, Gwen Walker, Mark Pracher, Shari Borchetta, Margie Long, Janice Silver. 

John Cantley reviewed the accreditation website and advice everyone to look at it for current standards information, as well as resources. John also reviewed the accreditation procedures and pointed our current status in this accreditation process.

The committee reviewed the pilot program timetable and the current status of the LAMC in this program.

The committee chairs presented their progress in their individual standards. Most committees reported working in the beginning of the narrative work for their standards.

Zoila Rodriguez, a staff member, was introduced to the committee.

John told the committee that student representation will be postponed until March when the college begins the evaluation phase of accreditation.
