Unofficial Transcripts
- Copies of unofficial transcripts may be obtained from the Student Information System (opens a new window) on the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD) website.
Official Transcripts
- Official transcripts are available from the Admissions Office. The first 2 copies are provided FREE of charge. Additional copies are available for $3 each. It normally takes 7 business days for your transcript to be sent to the school of your choice or be ready for pickup. Please remember that most schools consider the transcript "official" only if they receive it in the original sealed envelope, you may not open it.
Rush or Emergency Transcripts
- Emergency Transcripts are available from the Admissions Office as well. The fee is $10.00 per copy. It normally takes 24 hours for your transcript to be sent to the school of your choice or be ready for pickup.
- All financial holds must be cleared before a transcript request can be processed.
- Transcript requests cannot be emailed or faxed.
- Checks may be made payable to: Los Angeles Mission College
- Official Transcript Request Form -You may mail it in to the following address or return it in person to the Admissions Office.

Classes Taken Overseas While in The Military
If you took classes while serving overseas in the military, your records are maintained by Los Angeles Metropolitan College (818-364-7773). To request a transcript, send the completed and signed Metro Transcript Request Form along with a $3 check to:
