Orientation
Introduction
Orientation is recommended for all new non-exempt (see Matriculation Exemptions) students. The purpose of the college orientation is to present important information about the college programs, requirements, services, campus resources, academic expectations and institutional procedures.
Orientation helps you to better understand the college catalog and schedule of classes which are necessary in planning a course of study and educational goals. Once you are introduced to the information, you will develop a Student Educational Plan for your first semester with a Counselor.
Orientations are available year round. Please contact the Assessment Office at (818)364-7613 for dates.
