Instructor Alberto Gudiño
 

Alberto C. Gudiño  earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University, Northridge. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles. While at Southwestern, he was a member of the prestigious Moot Court Honors Program and also served as a Board Member of the Moot Court Honors Program.

Mr. Gudiño is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of California  Mr. Gudiño was an associate attorney for the law firm of Wallin & Klarich. Mr. Gudiño primarily handled felony and misdemeanor criminal cases. He  currently works for the U.S. District Court

Prof.  Gudiño teaches Wills, Trusts and Probate at Mission College in the Paralegal Studies Program, and enjoys assisting students with their legal studies.  Prof. Gudiño enjoys mountain cycling and hiking, and spending time with his lovely wife and son, and extended family.
