Message from Vice President of Student Services Larry Resendez

Greetings My Fellow Eagles,

I wanted to reach out and reassure you that as we encounter these unprecedented times, you are in our thoughts and prayers. Your LAMC team is working around the clock to come up with ways to best support your education while, first and foremost, considering your health and well-being. 

Our Team is committed to ensuring that you will be kept informed and that everything will be done that is possible to support your educational pursuits both NOW and into the future. In making the transition to remote or online services, please know that the College is poised to provide you with timely, specific support to address any issues you may be facing. 

Please note the following: 

  • The College’s Student Success Center can be contacted at ANY time with specific questions/concerns at ssc@lamission.edu or by calling 818-364-7700
  • Admissions & Records, Counseling, Financial Aid and other Student Support Services have moved online to provide real-time support, using the Cranium Café platform and other remote options (phone, email, texting)
  • The Student Services Team will be reaching out to you the week of spring break (March 23-29) by phone, text, and email to check in and provide up-to-date information and to find out what your needs are as we move into a 100 percent remote learning and support service environment.
