On June 30, 2007, I retired after 29 wonderful years teaching at L.A. Mission College. My new title is Professor Emerita Sandi Lampert., MS, CCE, CHE, CFSE.
This fall, I will be teaching the Internship class, Food Service Management 108, section 0241 for 2 units. The lecture portion, 1:05 hours, is online to allow you and me the flexibility of doing this work. The platform I use is “Moodle”. Please refer to our Mission College website for information on “Moodle”. Click here for more information.
In this class, the lab portion is your onsite work in your chosen industry (culinary or interior design) for 108 hours. You will have to complete the hours during one semester. There will be no incompletes given in this class.
