Audio Visual Cabitnet Keys
Procedure for Obtaining an Audio-Video Cabinet Key
All audio-video equipment in smart classrooms is secured in a locked cabinet. If you are scheduled to teach in smart classroom and do not already have an A/V cabinet key, please do the following:
- Submit a request for Smart Classroom Training. The request can be made at: http://support.lamission.edu/formmail/sctraining.aspx
- After completing the training, you will receive a Key Request Form for the A/V cabinet. This will certify that you can operate the A/V equipment and have been made aware of the use policies for Smart Classroom equipment.
- Obtain your department chair’s or supervisor’s signature and submit the Key Request Form to Plant Facilities. Plant Facilities will then issue you the key. You may request assistance with part of the procedure from your department secretary.
