Discover My Major Day

Finding a major and career path can be tough, that’s why we created the “Discover My Major Day” event, so you can get the information you need to learn about different majors and careers, certificates, AA degrees and AA Transfer degrees. Come meet LAMC Professors and ask questions about majors and careers. 

Watch videos from Industry Professionals to learn about their careers and see if it’s the right fit for you! There will be a Career Counselor Q & A session where you can ask questions about careers, majors, degrees, certificates, transfer, Career and Academic Pathways (CAP's) and Program Mapper.


Counselors will be available to create your Student Education Plan and answer questions about course requirements, transferring, changing your major, etc.
