Crip Camp Movie Screening
DSPS will present a screening of the award-winning documentary Crip Camp on Tuesday, October 10th, from 12:30–2 pm in Campus Center.
Disability Awareness Month Alumni Panel
Join DSPS on Tuesday, October 17th at 11 am on Zoom, as they moderate a Question & Answer Session with a panel of LAMC alumni as they share their personal histories, including both their struggles and triumphs in higher education.
Panelists include:
- Bardo Ramos, LAMC & CSUN alumn, Department of Veteran Affairs
- Michael J Griggs, LAMC alumni and full-time LAMC staff member
- Rosa Moreno, LAMC alumni and academic counselor
- Allen Alvarez, LAMC alumni and Ph.D. student at the University of Kentucky
