Family Studies
The Family Studies program at Los Angeles Mission College can prepare you for a rewarding career working with children, parents and families in a variety of settings. You will learn about current issues facing families and explore the areas of family development, family support systems, and workforce opportunities.
This program provides a path to earning a Certificate of Achievement in Family Studies so you can begin working while you continue to pursue your Associate Degree, and transfer to a four-year university.
