The Office of Administrative Services
The Office of Administrative Services handles a range of essential functions that maintain the physical and financial health of the college. It keeps the college working well, allowing the academic and student services branches to do their work. Administrative Services includes such diverse functions as:
- Human Resources: This department handles recruitment, hiring, and employee benefits for faculty and staff, as well as managing payroll and performance evaluations.
- Facilities Management: They are responsible for monitoring and managing campus facilities, including classrooms, offices, recreational areas, and grounds, ensuring they are safe and well-maintained.
- Budget and Finance: They develop and manage the college's budget, track expenditures, and ensure financial resources are used efficiently and in alignment with institutional goals.
- Event Coordination: Administrative services often provide the necessities for college events, such as graduation ceremonies, orientations, and community outreach activities, helping to ensure they run smoothly and effectively.

The Office of Administrative Services is led by the Vice-President of Administrative Services, Nathaniel Jones III, Ph.D.
