- Students must pay $10 for the CPR certification to be issued.
- Print the form and follow the instructions on the form:
- Complete the form and take it to Business Office and pay $10.
- Save the receipt and bring it to class.
- If you do not take the Allied Health 021 course, please see below for possible locations for CPR Certification if you have additional 0.5-unit degree-applicable course (must be other than courses listed above).
