Black Student Union Meeting

The Black Student Union is recruiting new members!

Attend an upcoming Black Student Union (BSU) meeting; we will have pizza, drinks, and cookies! Join us in Campus Center Room 4, on Wednesday, May 24th, and 31st at 12 pm. If you can't make it in person, you can also attend the meeting via Zoom.

Join the Black Student Union to:

• Help create a safe space for black students at LAMC
• Receive individual counseling from an academic counselor
• Plan & participate in cultural activities & events
• Get access to campus & community resources

While this program aims to increase retention and graduation/transfer rates of African American students at LAMC, the Black Student Union is inclusive to any students interested in cultural engagement focusing on the Black experience.
