4th Annual Culinary Cup

Los Angeles Harbor College (LAHC) is excited to host the Los Angeles Community College District’s fourth annual Culinary Cup on Friday, May 10. The full-day event presents an exciting culinary competition featuring chef instructors and culinary students from the District’s three colleges with culinary programs: Los Angeles Harbor College, Los Angeles Mission College, and Los Angeles Trade-Technical College.
The competition will culminate with the awarding of the coveted Golden Chef’s Hat trophy. Teams representing each college will be scored in three distinct categories: Savory, Plated Dessert, and Tablescape. This year’s event will take inspiration from the flavors of New Orleans.
In addition to the day’s competition, guests will enjoy guided tours of LAHC's Culinary Arts Building, cooking and baking demonstrations, a special New Orleans-style lunch prepared by Culinary Arts students, and a seat at the awards ceremony.
Ticket Information: General admission tickets may be purchased for $50.
