Los Angeles Mission College's Arts, Media & Performance (AMP) Gallery is proud to present “LA Dreamin’ and the Brown Commons,” an exhibition celebrating nine contemporary artists curated by Victor Estrada.

The exhibition explores Los Angeles as more than just a city—it is a place of resilience and imagination, where competing visions continually reshape its cultural and physical landscape—and poses the question of whether these tensions will foster greater solidarity or deepen divisions.

Artists include:

  • Michael Alvarez
  • Victor Ballesteros
  • Raul Baltazar
  • Jackie Castillo
  • Rochele Gomez
  • George Porcari
  • Felix Quintana
  • Vincent Ramos
  • Kristopher Raos

As a distinguished Los Angeles-based artist, exhibit curator Victor Estrada has been a pivotal force in shaping Southern California’s artistic and cultural landscape for over three decades. His work has significantly contributed to the region’s dynamic and ever-evolving creative scene.
