Does Los Angeles Mission College require proof of vaccination?
Yes. Per our Board of Trustees' policy, effective the Spring 2022 semester, all students who wish to enroll in classes that will meet in-person must either present proof of COVID vaccination or request a religious or medical exemption. Please review your student email for a personal link to the Cleared4 platform where you must upload proof of your COVID vaccination. If you are requesting a religious or medical exemption you may do so via your online student portal.
Students enrolling in classes that will meet entirely online may enroll without submitting vaccination information at this time.
For assistance with the Cleared4 platform or with requesting an exemption, drop into a virtual help sessions or connect with our Student Success Center.

If you have forgotten your student ID number, the quickest way to retrieve it is to locate the LACCD Welcome email that you received after you applied. If you no longer have that email, you may come in person to the Admissions & Records Office and present a picture ID or you may email us a photocopy of your picture ID with your request.
Students should work with a counselor to obtain prerequisite clearances. The Counseling Department's drop-in service is also available. Please be sure you have sent official transcripts from outside schools, test scores, etc. to the A&R Office for processing.
If you took classes at LAMC while you were in middle school or high school and have now graduated, please submit the Highschool Graduation Update form to admissions@lamission.edu and we will update your records and remove the hold.
